These assessments are typically performed for a company’s C-Level manager or management team. The objective of the assessment is to have an expert independent opinion of the current condition of your IT systems and software.

		Example 1 A CIO wanted us to assess his condition of his very large Websphere investment, to make sure it was configured and running at an optimal level.
		Example 2 A CIO wanted to have his EDI system reviewed and to see if there was a way to board more trading partners quickly without adding any more staff.  Additionally, he wanted to find ways to integrate directly with trading partners to have a more tightly coupled supply chain and reduce VAN charges.
